Heck will be another recurring Strangelets setting. Today's comic is in black and white until I procure Photoshop (inanely priced at $1k). In the meantime, I discovered a sweet little free baby called Fotografix that does many of the most-used PS functions; unlike the much-bloated PS, Fotografix is less than 1 meg in size. It's perfect for those quick image adjustments like resizing or cropping, and flash-fast to startup. I've had to come to terms with the reality of my drawing ability, especially now that I've begun taking classes at UVU for my major in Illustration. I can live with not being very good -- because I can at least communicate. I'm having lots of fun. I looked back three years in my journal, saw me hating my job and hating my life, wishing instead that I was doing exactly what I'm doing today: getting schooled in Art.
